Scalary OÜ offers its customers the opportunity to purchase a payroll service as part of accounting or as a separate service. Our payroll specialists are professionally educated, knowledgeable about the changing laws, and have many years of experience in providing payroll services to both small and large businesses. When choosing a salary program, we take into account your expectations and needs and make the implementation process and transition as convenient as possible for you. If you wish, we will use your salary program.
In addition to payroll accounting, our specialists will advise you on tax as well as employment law issues. Payroll accounting includes, in particular, employment law advice - from the drafting of employment contracts to the internal rules and the guide to remote working.
We work in a team and you can be sure that the payroll is completed on time, correctly and legally. We always process personal data in accordance with the requirements, the exchange of information is protected by passwords.

The activities and features included in our daily payroll service are as follows:
- Calculation of remuneration (incl. management of absences, submission of sick leaves to the Health Insurance Fund, calculation of holiday pay, sickness benefits, interim calculations and final invoices, calculation of monthly holiday reserve, submission of inventory to the Social Insurance Board, etc.)
- inserting a new employee in the program and in the employee register and the removal of a leaving employee
- sending password protected pay slips to the customer
- issuing pay slips electronically
- calculation and declaration of labor taxes, special benefits, reception costs, etc. on the TSD
- preparation of cost statements and mission statements
- preparation of payment orders related to salaries in e-bank
- payroll consulting.
